REFUND POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

FREE RETURNS - NO FEES

We provide free return shipping on all eligible returns with no restocking fees. We will send you a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.

HOW TO START A RETURN

To start a return, contact us at info@hopefordstreams.ca with your order number and reason for return. We will send you a free prepaid return shipping label. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

REFUNDS

If your return is approved, we'll automatically refund your original payment method within 7 days. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at info@hopefordstreams.ca. We will provide a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund, including original shipping costs.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain types of items cannot be returned:
